Farmguard Ripper Stripper
Ripper Stripper (Sodium Hypochlorite) provides free available chlorine in a liquid form for powerful cleaning and sanitation. its high purity and specific alkalinity ensure a relatively stable product however it will decompose with time, temperature and sunlight.

Sanitation of milk harvesting equipment, vats and other stainless steel surfaces. Additive to alkaline solutions for protein and milk stone removal. Dosing of rinse water to remove unwanted pathogens. Removal of moss and algae.

FarmGuard Ripper Stripper is MPI Approved for use in Farm Dairies when used in accordance with the product label instructions.
Storage Requirements
Ripper Stripper may be stored in PVC, polypropylene or polyethylene containers. Mild steel and stainless steel are rapidly degraded in contact with Ripper Stripper, Copper, brass, bronze and iron will degrade Ripper Stripper catalytically.

Use Directions
General:
1: Rinse any solid surface well with clean water prior to adding ripper stripper.
2: Dilute Ripper Stripper with clean water to the required strength using the below table:

CIP Regimes: 100-300ppm free available chlorine(1:1300-1:1450v/v).
3. Wash area with copious amounts of water after use to ensure all Ripper Stripper is removed.
Bomb Wash: Only use periodically. Mix equal parts Ripper Stripper and another alkaline product such as FarmGuard Supersolve/FarmGuard Chloropower Plus with water to remove milk stone/protein. For example mix 150g Chloropower Plus with 150ml Ripper Stripper and 100ml of water.
Water Treatment: If on water exclusion mix 5ml of Ripper Stripper to 100L of water prior to rinsing the dairy plant to treat any unwanted pathogens and to assist in the removal of any chemical residues.
