Facial Eczema Control
Dose Rate: 8 gms Farmguard HEPTA ZINC per 100 kg live weight per day.

Add total required weight of Farmguard HEPTA ZINC to the reticulated water supply via an in-line dispenser/ diluter or with an in-trough floating dispenser. The direct addition to water troughs is not recommended except for very small numbers of animals.
Footrot Control
Footbath concentration 7 percent by weight.
Mixing Instructions
Calculate or measure the total volume required to fill the footbath 3 cm deep for pen and 8 cm for trough baths.
Weight 0.7 kg Hepta Zinc for every 10 litres of volume.
Dissolve Hepta Zinc in approximately two thirds of the total volume and dilute to the final volume.
Hepta Zinc will dissolve more rapidly in hot water.
Treatment:
Stand sheep in Hepta Zinc for a minimum of two minutes. Trim hooves of badly affected animals. Treat established footrot cases once or twice per week. To prevent footrot, treat at weekly or two weekly intervals.
Caution:
Concentrated solutions of zinc are caustic. Avoid splashing on skin and eyes. Wear safety goggles and protective gloves when handling or mixing this product. Wash hands after use and before eating or drinking.
